Card Condition
- Top Deck sells cards based on the assumption that they are in the Played to Near Mint range.
- If you receive your cards and upon inspection believe some of them to be in the Damaged to Heavily Played range, please do contact us.
- We offer a full, no questions asked money-back guarantee for any cards that are in the Damaged to Heavily Played range. Simply send us a photo of the card or cards in question and our staff will initiate the refund procedure.
Website Errors
- In the event that a pricing error occurs which can be attributed directly to a problem with the integrity of the website software, hardware or database, Top Deck reserve the right to cancel an affected order and issue a full refund.
Missing Cards
- Occasionally our staff may have some trouble fulfilling a particular order if a card you requested was listed in the collections we bought but not physically delivered to us.
- You will be contacted with the option to substitute the item with the same card from a different edition should one be available.
- Top Deck will always offer you a full refund either in cash, as store credit or via EFT.
- In addition, you will be offered a free 10% discount voucher as a small token of appreciation for your patience.
Limits Per Customer
- Store management may occasionally restrict sales per customer in the interest of giving more players access to popular cards.
- Top Deck therefore reserves the right to limit fulfillment to four copies of a particular card per customer at the discretion of store management.
Liability Cover
- Full ownership and liability transfers to the buyer once the parcel is packed and collected by the courier company therefore shipping is done at the buyer's own risk.
- FastWay Couriers provide limited liability coverage limited to R1,000 per parcel.
- Top Deck will add an additional R1,000 cover if you select the + Extra Insurance shipping method. (For a total cover of R2,000)
